By navigating this website or submitting scoping forms, you consent to these Terms and represent that you hold necessary corporate authority to request project budgets.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
All website design tokens, custom SVG codes, layout code, branding graphics, copy text, and framework components are the exclusive properties of AIStratX Technologies. Client project IP transfers are governed separately by signed master services agreements (MSA).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to upload malicious scripts to our API routes, transmit invalid form inputs, or spam the contact form. All input packets are subject to strict rate limits and validation controls.
4. Liability Boundaries
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. We hold no liability for disruptions in access, connectivity errors, or latency issues during form submissions.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
